Orders placed with Next Day Delivery that coincide with these holidays will be processed on the next working day. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your understanding that delays may occur during these periods due to the closure of delivery services. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we provide a 14-calendar-day return policy, subject to the following conditions. Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement item, as per your preference. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, once we have received the incorrect item back.
