Place the order; via the website by adding the Product(s) that you want to order to your basket, proceeding to the checkout and then following the on-screen process to the payment provider. Delivery: The delivery options available in checkout may vary based on your items availability and your location. Delivery Options: Standard: 2-3 Working Days = £4.99 (UK only) Excluding Northern Ireland Next Day: £6.99 (UK only) - Orders Before 1pm to receive your order the following working day. Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm = £16.99 (Order must be placed before 3pm). Please Note this only can be delivered Next Working Day (weekend not eligible) International: various depending on the location (Please note you are liable for the duty/taxes in your country). Bank/Public Holiday's - Please note that our Next Day Delivery service is subject to the operational hours of our carriers and does not include UK National Holidays, such as Good Friday, Bank Holidays, and other public holidays. Orders placed with Next Day Delivery that coincide with these holidays will be processed on the next working day. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your understanding that delays may occur during these periods due to the closure of delivery services. We thank you for your patience and encourage you to plan your purchases accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Please note: Throughout the designated delivery timeframe, you can expect to receive direct communication from the courier. Kindly refrain from reaching out to us until after your scheduled delivery time has elapsed. Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy We trust that your My Week purchase brings you satisfaction. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we provide a 14-calendar-day return policy, subject to the following conditions. Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement item, as per your preference. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, once we have received the incorrect item back. Conditions for a Refund: To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met: Return Period: You must contact us and initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Original Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation. Order Returned by Carrier: If the carrier failed to deliver the order due to your unavailability, £4.99 additionally will be deducted from the refund amount. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds. Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized according to your request cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
